History:

Bill Conway has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions opportunities totaling over $2.0 billion.  He leads CC Capital’s efforts in the Energy, Utility & Infrastructure industries, working with cooperative, investor owned and municipal utilities and private companies in the areas of electric distribution, generation and transmission, renewable generation, energy efficiency, gas gathering and distribution, propane and water and wastewater infrastructure.  Bill has also advised clients on transactions in the healthcare, entertainment, telecommunications and manufacturing market segments. 

Bill has presented at numerous industry seminars and forums and has been a guest lecturer at Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management and the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law. Bill was included in Ingram’s magazine’s 2008 40 Under Forty class, which recognizes high achievers in the Kansas City community and is a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program.

Previously, Bill was a shareholder with the investment banking firm Christenberry Collet. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance/Economics and Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management.

 

Bill is currently chairman of the Rockhurst University Leaders Council and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
